How is quitting smoking with RespirApp?

From the Spanish Association Against Cancer, we want to help you quit smoking in 3 phases with RespirApp. Discover the method to quit smoking endorsed by the Spanish Association Against Cancer - we help you fight against tobacco. Quitting smoking gradually is possible: we show you how.

Phases to quit smoking

<ul>
<li>Fase 1: You will start by reducing the number of cigarettes you currently smoke for one or two weeks. If you feel you can quit from the first one... It's also possible!</li>
<li>Fase 2: During the following weeks, we will further reduce the allowed cigarettes and set D-Day, when you will definitively quit smoking.</li>
<li>Fase 3: D-Day: the day you will quit smoking. RespirApp will accompany you during the process to help you with any anxiety during this phase. If you have already quit smoking, you can track your progress through the application.</li>
